Santa Sierra is a native of the Dominican Republic; but grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts.   She graduated from Worcester State University with a Masters in Spanish Education.   She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.

 

 

 

SUGAR IN MY VEINS, by Barbara Stepanksy:  

BStepansky_Headshot        Barbara Stepansky is an award-winning independent feature film director and writer. Her work was short listed for the Academy Awards, garnered the DGA Diversity Award and the Student Emmy. She is the recipient of the Franklin J. Schaffner AFI Fellow Award. Born in Poland, her father’s involvement in the Solidarity movement led to the family relocating to Germany. After receiving a degree in philosophy of science from University College London, Barbara pursued her Master’s at the USC School of Cinematic Arts and in Directing at the American Film Institute with her acclaimed short film THE TROJAN COW. Her first feature film HURT, starring Melora Walters (“Big Love”) and William Mapother (“Lost”), currently plays on Showtime. She has broken into the top ten most downloaded horror feature films on iTunes with her second feature FUGUE. She currently completed FINAL RECOURSE with Teri Polo and Chazz Palminteri and is in development on several screenplay projects with Fishbowl Films, Blanc/Biehn Productions and Fuerst Film.

 

LEAH, LIGHT AND SOUND, by Rich Hirsch RichardHirsch

Richard Hirsch is a writer of screenplays and plays for the stage, as well as a producer/principal of CoffeeHouse Productions, LLC. For the majority of the past decade he has been a full-time playwright, having written over four dozen plays (including both full-length and short plays) and had over two dozen of them produced around the country. During that time he has won a number of awards for playwriting, including the 2010 Stanley Drama Award for THE RESTORATION OF SIGHT. He has also been twice nominated for an Ovation Award for Playwriting (THE QUALITY OF LIGHT and THE CONCEPT OF REMAINDERS), as well as twice nominated for an LA Weekly Theatre Award for playwriting (THE CONCEPT OF REMAINDERS and ATONEMENT). His short film screenplay, FAST LIGHT, and BRILLIANT is being co-produced by Room 568 Productions and CoffeeHouse Production, LLC and began the first phase of filming, with Rich directing, in September, 2013.

Lorre Fritchy founded MasterPeaceProductions.com in 1997 during the production of her award-winning documentary SANDY ‘SPIN’ SLADE: BEYOND BASKETBALL. She then Executive Produced THE GAY MARRIAGE THING documentary; both films are in distribution. Her writing has been optioned by international producers and she has been a winner and finalist in previous script competitions. Fritchy is currently a video production artist while working to fund her feature film, MILLIES (www.MilliesMovie.com), a project that has earned the interest of Oscar-winner Olympia Dukakis.

 

A LITTLE FIRE, by Linda Fisher LindaFisher

Linda Fisher is a graduate of Western Michigan University and Chatham University with degrees in Music Education and Landscape Studies.  She is currently enrolled in Hal Croasmun’s ProSeries Professional Screenwriting Program.  Linda writes from her home in Chichester, New Hampshire.
