Film, TV, Commercial apprenticeships can be the entrance into major careers for many TV and film professionals. Directors shadowing directors is a well-known practice and WIFVNE is thrilled to offer this program to under-represented emerging directors in the New England area.
The goal of this program is twofold. Emerging under-represented directors will have a front row seat to observe the director's process from that first pitch to the client all the way through to asset delivery. The program will also introduce the emerging director to production company executives in an effort to break down the hesitancy around hiring an “unknown director.” The Program: Director Shadowing for Commercial/branded content Benefits of this program

Trainees will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the Trainee's project. Please note: this is not a paid program currently.
