Camden International Film Festival - Points North Forum

Public Media Roundtable

In a rapidly-changing distribution and funding landscape, the public media system has remained one of the most accessible platforms for documentaries to find funding and reach diverse audiences. In this panel moderated by filmmaker (and WIFVNE member) Amy Geller, commissioning editors Ron Bachman (GBH), Laura Schenk (Maine Public) and Chris Hastings (WORLD Channel) provide an overview of how independent filmmakers can work more directly with local and regional public television stations to reach and engage audiences.

Virtual event. Free and open to the public.

Pre-registration is required:

This Forum session is made possible by the generous support of WGBH / WORLD Channel.
