Ratna Desai is the Director of Product Design at Netflix, where she helps define the future of entertainment and storytelling. Ratna focuses on driving product innovation to deliver engaging, personalized experiences so members around the world can discover and indulge in movies and TV shows they’ll love.

Prior to Netflix, Ratna was a UX Lead at Google, where she led multidisciplinary teams to help define product vision and strategy. Ratna also served as head of UX for Google Express where her team designed shopping across digital and physical experiences, and scaled the service nationally.
