    Founded in 2005, the Camden International Film Festival prides itself on its exclusive focus on documentary film. CIFF also hosts the Points North Forum, one of the largest gatherings of documentary filmmakers and industry professionals in the United States, with more than 50 funders, broadcasters, distributors and producers participating annually.

    This annual event showcases independent feature-length and short-form narrative films and documentaries from around the world. The festival brings together a diverse group of filmmakers and audiences to explore ideas, discuss the filmmaking process, and celebrate creativity. Through engaging community events, industry panels, and film screenings by acclaimed and up-and-coming talent, they aim to make the festival a special experience for filmmakers and audiences alike.

    Now celebrating its seventh year, the festival will take place a September 19 - 22, 2024 at venues in Mystic, Connecticut and neighboring shoreline towns. The cornerstone venue is Mystic Luxury Cinemas in Olde Mistick Village. Mystic Film Festival opens with a local premiere and close the festival with an awards event where the best film in each category is recognized. They are expanding their submission categories for 2024 including Animation films, Made in CT, Made in New England, Holiday,

    The un-produced script competition is now entering its fifth year and continues to be a big success as we continue to grow relationships with key partners in the screenwriting industry. Mystic Film Festival is excited to expand the categories for 2024 including adding Short Scripts, TV Pilot Scripts, and Stage Plays. The top winners of the screenplay competition will be announced at the festival in September 2024.

    From the team that previously brought you the Boston Latino International Film Festival (BLIFF) comes CineFest Latino Boston, founded and led by Boston filmmaker and WIFVNE member Sabrina Avilés.

    CineFest Latino Boston is committed to using the power of film to break stereotypes, bring cultures and communities together and reveal the complex issues affecting the Latinx community in the United States, as well as communities in Latin America and Spain.

    Now in its 39th year, the largest film festival in Vermont takes place in Downtown Burlington with additional screenings at the University of Vermont and Essex Resort & Spa.

    VIFF presents films of all genres and styles from around the world and the US as well as hosting filmmakers & special guests, workshops, and lectures.

    VTIFF is dedicated to enrich their community by bringing the world to Vermont through film. They also host two additional festivals, the Made Here Film Festival, which accepts submissions and the invite-only Global Roots Film Festival.

    al is dedicated to providing a platform for both emerging and established filmmakers to share their unique narratives. With over 20 short film categories, the festival aims to celebrate a diverse range of voices and visions, including a showcase just for filmmakers under 18.
